Prince Harry's comments about his wife Meghan have once again made headlines. Harry said: 'I was afraid of losing the person I believed would spend the rest of my life with me.'
Prince Harry has confessed to feeling apprehensive about potentially losing his wife, Meghan Markle, following a disagreement while they were with the royal family.
The Queen's grandson shared, "I sought out various professionals. I consulted with general practitioners, doctors, therapists, and alternative therapists. I encountered a wide array of individuals, but it was the time spent with and being with my wife, Meghan, that truly mattered."I realized that if I didn't seek therapy and make changes, I would lose the woman I believed would be with me for the rest of my life," the Duke stated while conversing with Oprah Winfrey following his departure from the royal family.
Prince Harry's remarks are coming back into the spotlight after he discussed the topic of mental well-being during a conversation with BetterUp this week, revealing how his demanding job and responsibilities frequently lead to burnout.
In the discussion, Harry expressed his desire for employers to allow their staff time to enhance their "mental health". He further explained: "Some days are wonderful, others are incredibly challenging."
Meghan and Harry stepped down from their royal roles in 2020 and now reside in California with their two children, Archie and Lilibet.
